The customer was looking to replace their old enclosure with something more durable, functional, and visually appealing—resulting in a custom-built aluminium design tailored to their space.
This enclosure was designed with both performance and aesthetics in mind. Constructed using 65mm aluminium slats with 5mm gaps, it provides essential airflow for pool equipment while maintaining a sleek, contemporary look. The Surfmist powder-coated finish complements the outdoor environment, offering a clean and cohesive appearance.
The structure was built as a freestanding unit using fully welded frames, giving the customer flexibility to relocate it if required in the future. This approach not only ensures strength and stability but also adds versatility for any potential layout changes down the track.
Ease of access was a key consideration in the design. The enclosure features two front gates fitted with D&D side pull Magna Latches, allowing for secure yet convenient entry. In addition, a hinged lid with integrated gas struts was installed, making it simple to open and close when servicing or maintaining the pool equipment. This feature enhances usability while reducing effort during regular maintenance.
